How to Pre-Order?

Customers may choose full payment through our webstore or opt for partial payment of 20% deposit per pre-order item via Online Bank Transfer. The remaining balance + shipping is paid after product launch. Note: Deposits are non-refundable.

Kanjo Street ensures pristine, sealed brand new products for its customers at all times.

Product Defects

Kanjo Street doesn't cover manufacturer product defects due to high volume production, manual assembly, painting, and sculpting. Common issues include paint tear, faded colors, missing parts, incorrect attachments, tight joints, and flawed designs.

Packaging Defects

Product packaging is for safeguarding the product. Thus, it might incur dents during shipment or mishandling by shipping personnel.

EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND

No refunds are permitted and only specific items bought at www.kanjostreet.com can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Kindly submit an image of the issue, product packaging, and a snapshot of the purchase receipt, then contact us via WhatsApp +601119578725 for validation.
